What To Include

When contacting support, please include your LookVise account email, device model, operating system version, app version if available, and a short explanation of the issue. Add screenshots or screen recordings when useful.

Purchases

For purchase issues, include the product or subscription name and whether the purchase was made through Apple App Store or Google Play. Do not send full payment card details.

Privacy And Deletion

For privacy or deletion requests, contact us from the email address connected to your LookVise account. This helps us verify that the request is coming from the account owner.

Response Time

We aim to reply within 2-3 business days. Complex account, privacy, or purchase requests may take longer if verification is required.
