Privacy Policy

Account information: email address, username, display name, login method, avatar, account preferences, and authentication identifiers.

Style profile information: country, generation, birth year or age range, style direction, fit preference, skin tone preference, occasion choices, and other styling settings you provide.

Photos and content: outfit photos, wardrobe item photos, avatar images, generated style boards, captions, comments, ratings, reports, saved posts, collections, purchase links, and feedback you submit.

App activity: outfit analyses, scores, breakdowns, improvements, enhancements, wardrobe metadata, badges, streaks, leaderboard stats, credits, usage limits, notification settings, and support requests.

Purchase information: membership tier, entitlement status, credit balances, product identifiers, transaction identifiers, renewal metadata, and related billing events. We do not store full payment card details.

Device and diagnostics: app version, platform, device type, push notification token, error logs, crash details, and basic usage events needed to keep the app reliable and secure.

• Create, authenticate, and manage your LookVise account.
• Provide outfit scans, AI-assisted style feedback, wardrobe planning, style boards, and saved looks.
• Sync profile settings, history, wardrobe data, credits, subscriptions, collections, and feed activity across devices.
• Operate community features such as public feed posts, ratings, comments, saves, leaderboards, reports, blocks, and follows.
• Process memberships, credit packs, purchase restores, and entitlement checks.
• Send push notifications you enable, such as style tips and leaderboard alerts.
• Provide customer support, respond to privacy requests, and investigate bugs or abuse.
• Improve app reliability, safety, moderation, and feature quality.

LookVise uses AI service providers, including OpenAI, to power optional styling features such as outfit analysis, photo-based outfit descriptions, scoring, wardrobe item descriptions, style boards, and wardrobe remix suggestions.

When you use AI features, LookVise may send the content needed for that request to the AI provider. This can include outfit photos, wardrobe photos, captions or prompts, occasion, style profile details, country or generation context, wardrobe metadata, and recent style history relevant to the feature.

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. LookVise provides style assistance and entertainment-oriented feedback, not professional advice. You are responsible for deciding whether to use any suggestion.

If you publish a look to the style feed, other users may see the post image, username, avatar, caption, occasion, tags, score, outfit description, ratings, comments, save counts, and related public engagement. You can manage your own posts in the app where controls are available, or contact support for help.

Reports, blocks, and moderation actions may be used to protect users, enforce our Terms, and reduce abusive or harmful activity.

LookVise uses service providers to operate the app, including Supabase for authentication, database, storage, and server functions; OpenAI for AI-assisted features; RevenueCat for membership and entitlement management; Apple App Store and Google Play for purchases; Expo services for app notifications; and image upload or hosting services used to process app media.

These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to LookVise, comply with law, secure the app, or complete actions you request.

We do not sell personal data. We share information with service providers needed to operate LookVise, when required by law, to prevent fraud or abuse, to protect users or the app, or when you choose to publish content or request an action.

LookVise does not use personal data to track you across other companies' apps and websites for advertising.

Camera: requested when you take an outfit, wardrobe, or avatar photo in the app.

Photos: requested when you choose outfit, wardrobe, accessory, or avatar images from your photo library, or when saving images where supported.

Notifications: requested only if you enable reminders, style tips, leaderboard alerts, or similar notification features.

We keep account and app data while your account is active or as needed to provide LookVise. We may retain limited records where required for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, tax, accounting, payment compliance, backups, or app store requirements.

Public content may remain visible until it is deleted, unpublished, moderated, or removed through a verified request.

You can request deletion in the app from Profile, Settings, Delete Account. If you cannot access the app, email savaniadit@gmail.com from your account email with subject "Delete LookVise account".

Deleting your LookVise account does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Subscriptions must be managed through Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings.

• Update profile settings inside the app.
• Change camera, photo, and notification permissions in device settings.
• Manage public feed posts and community interactions where app controls are available.
• Manage subscriptions through Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Contact support for privacy, access, correction, deletion, or account questions.

LookVise is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where required.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. No internet service, app, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

We may update this Privacy Policy. When we make changes, we will update the effective date on this page.
