Delete Your LookVise Account

LookVise provides an in-app account deletion option and a support email path if you cannot access the app.

Delete In The App

  1. Open LookVise.
  2. Go to Profile.
  3. Open Settings.
  4. Tap Delete Account.
  5. Read the confirmation message.
  6. Confirm deletion.

If You Cannot Access The App

Email savaniadit@gmail.com from your LookVise account email.

Subject: Delete LookVise account

Include your LookVise account email, confirmation that you want your account deleted, and any details that explain why you cannot access the app.

What Deletion Covers

When processed, account deletion is intended to remove or anonymize LookVise account data tied to your account where technically feasible, including profile details, avatar files, local device settings, wardrobe items, saved looks, style history, feed content you own, comments, ratings, saves, collections, notification tokens, and support records linked to your account where possible.

What May Be Kept

Some limited records may be retained if required for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, payment records, tax or accounting obligations, dispute resolution, backups, app store requirements, or records controlled by Apple, Google, RevenueCat, or other service providers.

Subscription Warning

Deleting your LookVise account does not cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription.

To cancel on iPhone: open Settings, tap your Apple ID, tap Subscriptions, select LookVise, and cancel the subscription.

To cancel on Android: open Google Play, tap your profile icon, tap Payments and subscriptions, tap Subscriptions, select LookVise, and cancel the subscription.

Processing Time

In-app deletion begins immediately after confirmation. Email deletion requests are generally reviewed within 7 business days after account ownership is verified.
