Terms of Use

LookVise is a personal style app that helps users analyze outfits, receive AI-assisted style feedback, manage wardrobe pieces, create style boards, share looks, use community features, track style progress, and manage memberships or credits.

You must be at least 13 years old to use LookVise. If your location requires a higher age to consent to online services, you must meet that age or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your login secure, and all activity under your account. You may not access another user's account or use LookVise in a way that harms the app, other users, or service providers.

You keep ownership of your photos, wardrobe content, captions, comments, profile information, prompts, and other content you submit. You grant LookVise permission to store, process, display, sync, analyze, and use that content as needed to provide app features, support, safety, moderation, and account services.

You are responsible for content you upload or publish. Do not submit content you do not have rights to use, content that violates another person's privacy, or content that is illegal, abusive, hateful, explicit, misleading, infringing, or unsafe.

LookVise's AI features are style assistance and entertainment-oriented tools. They are not medical, legal, financial, safety, employment, or professional advice. AI scores and suggestions may be wrong, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable for your situation.

You are responsible for your own clothing, purchases, public posts, events, and real-world decisions. Do not rely on LookVise as your only source of advice for important decisions.

LookVise may include a public style feed, ratings, comments, saves, leaderboards, follows, reports, blocks, and moderation tools. Content you publish may be visible to other users and may be ranked or shown based on score, engagement, recency, moderation status, or other app logic.

We may remove, hide, flag, restrict, or preserve content when needed to enforce these Terms, protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law, or keep the app reliable.

LookVise may offer free and paid features, including memberships, auto-renewable subscriptions, and credit packs. Product details, pricing, duration, and renewal terms are shown in the app purchase flow before purchase.

Payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play and membership access is managed with RevenueCat. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.

Credits may be required for certain AI or style generation features. Credit costs, allowances, and product names may change. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are not a substitute for legal currency.

Deleting your LookVise account does not automatically cancel an active app store subscription.

Refunds, cancellations, and billing disputes are handled by the app store where you purchased. LookVise can help verify entitlement status or restore purchases, but Apple or Google controls app store refunds.

You must not:

• Break the law or violate someone else's rights.
• Upload harmful, abusive, sexual, hateful, harassing, misleading, infringing, or privacy-invasive content.
• Use LookVise to shame, harass, rate, or target people without consent.
• Attempt to access other users' data, accounts, private content, or service systems.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, disrupt, or misuse the app or APIs.
• Abuse AI features, credits, app store purchases, referrals, reports, ratings, or community systems.
• Use LookVise for spam, fraud, unauthorized commercial activity, or automated abuse.

LookVise may update, pause, remove, restrict, or change features, plans, credit costs, limits, availability, models, and content at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

You can request deletion in the app from Profile, Settings, Delete Account, or by emailing savaniadit@gmail.com from your account email. Some records may remain where required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, payment records, tax, accounting, app store compliance, backups, or dispute resolution.

LookVise is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that outfit analysis, scores, AI suggestions, generated looks, community rankings, notifications, purchase links, or app results will be accurate, safe, available, or suitable for you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LookVise and Adit Savani are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, personal, professional, financial, reputational, or other losses related to using or relying on LookVise, AI suggestions, community content, or purchase links.

If you downloaded LookVise from Apple App Store or Google Play, your use may also be subject to the applicable app store terms, including Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement where applicable.

We may update these Terms. Continued use of LookVise after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
