What We Can Help With

  • Signing in, creating an account, or using Apple Sign-In.
  • Outfit scans, AI style feedback, fit scores, style boards, and wardrobe remix results.
  • Camera, photo library, avatar, wardrobe item, or image upload issues.
  • Community feed posts, comments, ratings, saves, reports, and blocks.
  • Memberships, credits, restore purchases, and RevenueCat entitlement checks.
  • Push notifications, style tips, leaderboard alerts, and device settings.
  • Privacy questions, account deletion, and data access requests.
  • Bug reports, feedback, and feature suggestions.

For account, billing, privacy, or deletion requests, please email from the address connected to your LookVise account whenever possible.

What To Include

To help us investigate faster, include:

  • Your LookVise account email.
  • Your device model and iOS or Android version.
  • The LookVise app version if available.
  • The screen or feature where the issue happened.
  • A short description of what you expected and what happened.
  • A screenshot or screen recording if it helps explain the issue.
  • Purchase product name or app store receipt details for purchase issues.

Purchases and Refunds

LookVise may offer subscriptions and credit packs. Purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play and managed with RevenueCat. LookVise can help check membership access and restore purchase issues, but refunds and cancellations are handled by the app store where you purchased.

Response Time

We aim to reply within 2-3 business days. Privacy and deletion requests may require verification before we can act on the account.
